Each plan covers one quarter. It includes goals, priorities, campaigns, content, owners, deadlines, and success measures. Multiply by 4 if you would like an annual plan. Future iterations of this pricing calculator will include it as a predecessor for other work, but for now I will allow you to provide your own if you desire.
The budget allocates spending by channel. It includes testing limits, performance goals, forecasts, and review dates. Actual advertising spend remains separate.

Brandon leads strategy and quality control. I will always be the point of contact and review all work before deployment. AI or other people may support delivery.

During the beginning. multiple rounds may be required while I learn your business, personality, and preferences.
Normally within the first week to two weeks of working with a business I will learn their preferences and it condenses to one or no revisions, but my primary focus is helping your business grow, not setting a revision limit.
When it continues to take multiple revisions after 2 months, I will normally propose cancelling any further work and finding another marketer to assist you unless we create custom quotes for multiple rounds.
Submit feedback through one written message. Email or the project board works best. Combined feedback prevents conflicting changes.
For blogs, you have an opportunity to comment on the document directly. Failure to do so may delay posting.
Social media posts you will have the ability to review between the date created and the scheduled posting date. You may do so at your own convenience and edit them as needed. I am not responsible for any changes you make.
One pause may last 30 days. Request the pause before upcoming deadlines. New delivery dates depend on availability.
Yes. You may add services anytime. New work receives updated pricing. Existing work continues under its original scope.
Ownership Questions
You own approved deliverables after full payment. Brandon retains underlying systems, processes, templates, tools, and methods.
I will always encourage you to do the initial creation of digital accounts so that you own them, but will gladly assist you with setting them up and then provide myself access after you have completed the minimum amount for you to own your website, social media profiles, analytics accounts, and other web assets.
Given my knowledge base across fields, I offer both ghostwriting and accredited writing based on your needs.
You receive editable files when applicable. Final images include original design access. Videos may exclude licensed project assets. Proprietary templates remain Brandon’s property. Many of these files may be from AI platforms.
Yes. You may reuse approved content after payment. You may edit, repurpose, or publish it. You cannot resell proprietary templates.
The only exclusion to editing content is when I am the accredited author on a piece. Editing my writing may impact my business credibility and I do not allow anyone besides approved editors to change my writing.
Yes. Your intake should cover brand voice. Provide examples before work begins. Better examples create stronger results.
Website access may be required. Access depends on your purchased service. You should only provide necessary permissions.
I will only request the access needed to perform the job. Access should be provided to [email protected]. It is your responsibility to remove access after project completion.
Yes. Reasonable NDAs are available upon request. Review must occur before sharing confidential information.
I will not sign non-compete clauses, but make it a point to avoid working with competing businesses.

Results Questions
No. Marketing results cannot be guaranteed. Platforms, competitors, customers, and markets affect outcomes. Deliverables and agreed processes remain guaranteed.
Success uses agreed performance measures. Measures depend on your purchased service. Common measures include traffic, leads, bookings, costs, rankings, reviews, and revenue.
One time projects receive completion reports. Recurring services receive monthly reports. Reports cover completed work, results, risks, and next actions. Additional reports are available as an add-on.
No fixed timeline applies. Some deliverables create immediate changes. Business results usually require testing. Your plan should define realistic milestones.
Results depend on your offer, market, competition, budget, website, response speed, approvals, access, and data quality. Client delays may reduce performance.
Yes, when tracking is included. You must provide required access. Missing tracking may limit reporting accuracy.
Yes, when systems support it. Revenue tracking may require CRM access. Payment system access may also help.
Yes. Existing staff and vendors can participate. Clear responsibilities prevent duplicated work. Your plan should name every owner.
Policy Questions
I typically do not provide refunds. Refunds minus any processing fees are available before work begins. Completed work remains payable. Approved refunds return through the original payment method. I may choose to refund or provide any work completed if I decide to terminate our relationship.
Projects may be cancelled through written notice. Completed work remains payable. Recurring services end before the next renewal.
10% of your payment is considered a retainer and is considered earned upon booking. This amount is non-refundable.
In addition, any work that has started or been completed is non-refundable.
For advertising budgets and 3rd party payments, 90% of the funds are placed in a separate marketing fund and 10% are considered non-refundable retainers.
Provider delays receive a revised schedule. Major delays may qualify for service credit. Client delays do not qualify.
Project deadlines move with client delays. Projects may pause after 14 days. Restart dates depend on current availability.
Recurring work may roll forward once. Rolled work expires after 30 days. The account must remain active.
Yes. Cancel before the next billing date. No new renewal charge will occur.
