4. The Brandon Boushy AI Writer
The AI Writer page links to a custom GPT hosted on OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform. That tool is provided as a free resource.
By using the AI Writer, you acknowledge:
- It is hosted by OpenAI and governed by OpenAI’s Terms of Service at openai.com/policies/terms-of-use
- I am not responsible for outputs generated by the AI Writer
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content the tool produces before publishing or acting on it
5. Services and Consulting
When you purchase consulting, writing, or research services through this Site, a separate written agreement or proposal will govern the scope, deliverables, payment, and timelines for that engagement.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself. They do not constitute a service contract.
6. Contact Form Submissions
When you submit the contact form, you are initiating a business inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on my part to provide services.
I will respond to inquiries at my discretion and within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
This Site links to and integrates third-party platforms including Google, YouTube, OpenAI, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. I do not control those platforms and am not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
